About Inpipe

Inpipe offers innovative, strong, flexible, and environmentally friendly products for repairing underground pipes without excavation—a so-called no-dig renovation. Our products are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyester and all our liners are cured in an environmentally friendly way using ultraviolet light.

Our liners are produced from 150 mm up to 1800 mm in diameter and are used for trenchless renovation of sewage-, gravity-, pressure- and industrial process water pipes as well as road and railway culverts. Inpipe also manufactures complete installation equipment for cured in-place pipes (CIPP).

Sustainability and environmentally friendly solutions are a priority for us. We are therefore proud to be the first and only company in the world to offer a fiberglass-reinforced liner (the Inpipe Freeliner) that contain neither styrene nor any form of bisphenol. In the process we have also reduced the need for fossil-based raw materials by 30 per cent by replacing them with bio-waste materials. This makes our product, Inpipe Freeliner, probably the cleanest liner in the world.

Today, we are the Nordic region’s largest manufacturer of fiberglass-reinforced liners and installation equipment, with 35 years of experience. Our liners have been installed around the world and yielded thousands of successful projects.

Expertise areas

Installation via trenchless solutions which is efficient and fast, up to 300 meters/day of renovated pipes, as well as cost effective, saving up to 80 per cent of the cost compared to digging. Environmentally friendly, with a lifespan of 100 years, and with little disruption to traffic and residents. Installation equipment that is unique in that you can use our equipment to both invert the liner in or to pull the liner into the pipe.

Products

Flexible fiberglass-reinforced polyester liner that is cured in place inside the pipe requiring repair. From 150 mm to 1800 mm in diameter. Suitable for use in sewage-, gravity-, pressure- and industrial process water pipes as well as road and railway culverts.

  • Inpipe Liner – our standard liner fits common pipe dimensions and projects for the trenchless renovation of drains, road culverts, or other types of pipes.
  • Inpipe Flexliner – for relining pipes with varying dimensions. Inpipe Flexliner easily resolves problems with dimension and shape changes in your pipes during trenchless renovation. The liner can withstand a dimension change of up to 150%, depending on the dimension of the pipe.

Why India

The need to renew sewage systems, road and railway culverts is enormous throughout the world and is counted in terms of millions of miles. It is directly linked to the United Nations sustainable development goals. At Inpipe, we say that our industry is in “the perfect storm”, meaning that while climate change puts us at higher risk of flooding and sewage systems fail to divert water, our product offering ensures that sewers are renovated and maintained in a sustainable way with little or no impact on its surrounding environment.

India is a fast-growing market. With the help of our long experience in the industry and our prominent position both in terms of technical innovation of the product and installation equipment, as well as the fact that we probably have the most environmentally friendly product in the whole world, we really want to take the chance to enter the Indian market. Our products can create both businesses and jobs for India. We are also interested in finding potential suppliers of raw materials. We believe that India could offer us new opportunities for us to import these components.
